Place: Nanshan High School (No. 41, Guangfu Rd, Zhonghe District, New Taipei City) 

 

Intake of the Conference: Depending on the number of invited intakes distributed by the conference

 

 

📍Registrating Instructions of NSMUN 2025

 

1. Please fill out this form by 09/08.
 

2. After delegates finish this form and are checked on the payment, the organizing committee will send you an email informing completion of registration.

 

3. The organizing committee will announce the final admission list and distribution of countries by the end of November.

 

4. If there are any problems, please refer to FAQs or contact us.

 

📍Detailed Information of NSMUN 2025

 

Discounted fee for invited delegates (NOT including accommodation fee): NT$ 3500/per person

 

The fee includes: Materials of the conference, insurance, and meals (NOT including breakfasts)
 

Requirement: Academic questionnaires based on the backgrounds provided by the allocated committee
 

Outfits: Suits for the conference, tuxedos or evening gowns for the prom (Outfit styles of the prom will be announced on the Instagram fan page)


📍Principles of Refund of NSMUN 2025

 

If you cannot participate in the conference and have to pull out after signing up, please contact us via phone or SMS.

 

Applications of refund by 11/24 23:59 may receive an 80% refund of the registration fee.

Applications of refund by 12/08 23:59 may receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

Applications of refund by 12/21 23:59 may receive a 30% refund of the registration fee.

Applications of refund after 12/22 may NOT receive refund of the registration fee.

📍Basic Information of Recommended Accommodation

 

Delegates will not be forced to be accommodated, and Nanshan Model United Nations Conference will not help delegates book any accommodation.
​

However, Nanshan Model United Nations Conference will announce the detailed information of recommended accommodation by the end of November. If delegates have a need of accommodation, please follow the offered instructions and directly contact the hotel. Instructions will be released on the official website and the Instagram fan page.

Aside from English Committee, Nanshan Model United Nations Conference also establishes Chinese Committee in order to provide diverse environment, which allows students who are enthusiastic about important international issues to discuss matters from different language perspectives and dedicate theirselves to the world.

📍Principles of Reissuing Participation Certificates and Rewards

 

If you find your participation certificate or rewards wrong, please contact the organizing committee within 2 weeks after the end of the conference. Expired applications will not be accepted.

If you need to reissue your participation certificate or rewards due to personal reasons (lost or broken), you may receive only 1 reissue for each document. An additional NT$150 fee of reissue will be charged.

 

📍Regulations of Identification Cards

 

ID cards provided by the organizing committee are required to put on during every agenda. If your ID card is lost or broken, you will be charged for an addition NT$ 100 fee by the organizing committee for reissue.

 

📍Statements

 

You should ensure that the information you have filled in is authentic. If the organizing committee finds the information fake, your qualification of participation will be cancelled.

The form will be closed at 09/30 23:59, please reserve at least 5 minutes to fill out the form. After 09/30 23:59, the organizing committee will not accept any new responses. Please be aware of time!
