Just after the lunch break, the Dias members started the ROP discipline. However, due to the complex regulations of the special committee, Unite Nation Security Council(UNSC), all the delegates seemed to be overwhelmed with the sophisticated rules! Additionally, all the delegates were seen sleepy and even dying from the Chair, but it still has approximately FIVE hours for the meeting. Can all the delegates and chair members remain sober till the end of the whole day meeting?
At the same time, there was a LITTLE argument between the Dias members. In order to explain the rule in the most clear way, the Chair still competed for the right to speak!
Lastly, thanks to the bilingual teaching between Chinese and English from the Chair, it seems that all the delegates are gradually on track! For the following three-day meeting, the reporter hopes that the conference can go on smoothly!
